4.1 TeleportMyJob.com may adapt, modify and reword in such way and to such extent as TeleportMyJob.com considers appropriate the information contained in your CV/Resume in order to produce a CV/Resume in the style and format TeleportMyJob.com sends to recruitment agencies and employers.

4.2 TeleportMyJob.com shall have no liability to you as a consequence of or arising out of any adaptation, modification or rewording referred to in Clause 4.1 above.

4.3 To enable you to manage all communications with these jobsites / recruitment agencies and to provide maximum privacy of your primary email address, we will create a new email account for registering with each jobsite and recruitment agency. You will need to check this mailbox on a regular basis to monitor interest from recruiters and messages from the jobsites. For creation of this account, we will be using some personal information from your profile, such as your name, address, or any other information voluntarily submitted to us on this site.

12. LOSSES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

You accept the risk that data transmitted electronically via this Website or otherwise may be intercepted before reaching its intended destination or accessed by unauthorised third parties and may be exploited unlawfully by such third parties. 13.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude TeleportMyJob.com's liability for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.3 If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data you assume all costs thereof.

14. Refund & Partial-Payments Policy

TeleportMyJob.com offers a number of services some free and some paid for. For any paid-for services refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

14.1. Target Employment Agencies/Target HR Managers: Once the payment has been made for these services, distribution of the CV/resume takes place immediately as per the selected sectors and job titles, and the list of agencies/employers is generated and mailed to you. Once this list is generated, the service will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available.

14.2. Paid CV Appraisal: If, in spite of our best efforts to get in touch with you, we are unable to complete the CV appraisal over the telephone, we will review your CV and send our comments to you via email. Following a telephonic/email review of your CV, this service will be considered as fulfilled.

14.3. Complete CV Overhaul: If you wish to cancel your contract with Teleportmyjob, you may receive 90% of your payment made if you cancel before you have received your core competencies questionnaire.

Following receipt of your core competencies questionnaire , if you wish to cancel your contract with Teleportmyjob, 50% will be deducted from your refund.

Following receipt of your First Draft of your CV/resume, if you wish to cancel your contract with Teleportmyjob, 90% will be deducted from the refund.

Following receipt of 5 amended drafts of your CV/resume, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

In case of Complete CV Overhaul, if there is no response from you to our mails/calls/questionnaires, we will proceed to complete the rewriting of your CV using the original CV and the information provided by you at the time of registration, and thereafter, we will deliver the other services purchased using the new CV created by us. All delivered services will then be considered as fulfilled.

In case of partial payment for the Complete CV Overhaul service, if we do not receive any further amendments from you within 7 days of sending you your completed CV/resume, then we will consider that you are fully satisfied with the CV writing service we have provided and will charge your payment card for the remaining balance of the ordered CV writing service.

If a Complete CV/resume Overhaul cancellation is made, any additional services that are ordered at the same time, but have not been delivered, will be refunded at 90% of their purchase price. Any delivered services would be treated fulfilled.

If you have purchased Letter templates from us, then following receipt of the letter templates, no refund for this service would be available.

14.4. Jobsite Auto-Registration: In case you have uploaded a blank document or wish to update any information in your CV/resume at the time of signing up for this service, please contact us via support within 24 hours with the correct information. If your updated CV/resume is not received within 10 days, we will complete jobsite Auto-Registration with the information provided and the service will be considered as fulfilled.

14.5. Personal Job Hunting: While we ensure that maximum efforts are made to generate interviews, we do not provide any guarantee for either jobs or interviews. We will work with you to maximize your chances of success.

14.6. Personal Job Hunt Manager (Search & Application): This is a subscription service and you will be charged on a monthly basis. If you wish to discontinue the service at any point of time, you can do so by following these steps and there will be no charge from the subsequent month. However, the amount charged for the current month will be applicable and cannot be refunded.:

1. Log in to the site and you are routed automatically to your Personal Job hunt Manager Dashboard.
2. Click on the 'Send Ticket' option on your dashboard
3. Select 'Cancellation" under 'Nature of Enquiry'
4. Type the reason you want the service to be cancelled in the box provided and click on the 'Send Ticket' button
5. You will receive a pop up saying, 'Yes, please cancel the service now'.
6. Click on "YES" to complete the cancellation procedure.

Our target is to provide 20-30 handpicked vacancies per month for each client. However, in some cases specialized roles it may not always be possible for us to find 30 new vacancies per month in spite of our best efforts. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide you with vacancies based on a revised target, which will be communicated to you.

Feedback management includes Positive/ Negative / Acknowledgements/ General Recruiter feedback received either through email or over-the-telephone. Feedback management is continued, on behalf of the member, after the membership has expired, free of charge. However, for a member to be able to view feedback received after membership expiration, their membership needs to renewed for a minimum of 1 month. 14.7. You are responsible to ensure that you are eligible to work in any location you select. The visa information we provide on each locations' page will aid you as a guide to the visa policy, but we would advise you to seek independent advice if you are unsure. Although, best efforts are taken to keep this information up-to-date, we cannot be held responsible for any changes to visa policy that we have not reflected in our guide.

14.8. A cancellation comes into effect on the next working day when the cancellation is requested outside normal working hours or on a weekend or a public holiday. Refunds will be credited back to your card within 30 days of your cancellation order.

14.9. All billing is done in GBP and the prices displayed in other currencies are only a rough estimate of the amount. You are advised to check the conversion on the day you make the payment to get the actual amount. The exchange rate is updated every month.

14.10. From 1 month after the payment date, if no cancellation request has been received, our services would be considered fulfilled, no matter what stage in the CV writing process has been reached. In this case no refund would be available and further amendments would be at the discretion of the management. It is the customer's responsibility to answer all CV writing related information requests in a timely manner in order for TeleportMyJob.com to complete the CV development and writing process.

15. DISCLAIMER

15.1 While TeleportMyJob.com endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, TeleportMyJob.com does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. TeleportMyJob.com may make changes to the material on this Website at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and TeleportMyJob.com makes no commitment to update such material. As soon as we become aware of such a case, we update our own database within 14 days. However, if such a discrepancy does occur, in spite of our best efforts, this will not constitute grounds for a refund.
